At LegalDirect, our process is designed to give you clarity and confidence in every step of your real estate transaction. From the initial consultation to the final closing, we ensure that all legal aspects are handled with precision.

    Initial Consultation

    To protect all parties and using Law Society best practices, we will obtain Client ID, verify those documents using independent software as required in Ontario. We will then progress next steps with you.

  • 02

    Document Preparation

    We will prepare the legal documentation relevant to your transaction and in the interest of speed, efficiency and for your comfort, whenever possible, one of our lawyers will sign those documents virtually with you.

  • 03

    Closing & Execution

    On closing day we will send you a copy of everything you signed and move funds relevant to your transaction.

To protect all parties, we require minimum information about the Client every time a new matter opens up.
  • Diversity. We are diverse in language and culture because we know that Clients come to us from different backgrounds, race and cultures. If required, we can also arrange translation services in many languages through a professional translation firm.
  • Fair Fees. Our mission is to give our Clients the best outcomes by delivering them services that are effective, efficient, timely and economical. We make sure that we consider the best estimate of our fees on the basis of our experience, case type, and giving best value to our Clients. Our fee is fixed for residential real estate transaction dealings. We have hourly rates for other legal matters or where the case involves exceptional circumstances.
