At Legal Direct, we accommodate for meetings no matter where you are. We give clients the freedom to not only meet virtually but also sign documents digitally as well. Everything can be done from the comfort of your own home.
What is a Virtual Meeting?
Clients can join meetings with us using a computer or smart device. This can be on platforms such as Facetime, Zoom or Skype! This is now common and accepted by most lenders and lawyers.
Once you join our meeting, we will be able to advise you on your transaction and what we’ll need to progress your file.
How Do I Sign Documents Digitally?
When signing, a link will be provided to open the documents. No downloading is required.
To sign, you may either draw your signature with your finger or mouse, or you can alternatively use a pre-set font.
What if I Can’t Sign Digitally?
Signing documents digitally is simple! We will guide you through the process. However, if you don’t feel comfortable signing digitally, we are able to send you a hard copy of the documents via courier.
Once the documents are signed, you may return them via courier as well! All of our documents are couriered overnight so delays are minimized.
